        Afrodita, la diosa del amor y la belleza, surgió de entre las olas de la costa de Chipre.
         Estas dos majestuosas figuras del Panteón Olímpico de los Dioses simbolizan, sin ninguna duda, la adoración de los griegos por el mar y nos recuerdan que, en efecto, Grecia “pisa el mar”.
